The Team Challenge Mallorca takes the famous and beloved parts of The Challenge Mallorca (great activities, stunning location and lots of fun) and adds special team building exercises to the mix. Designed to be the perfect team building activity, The Team Challenge Mallorca combines both aspects companies are looking for in a team building event: Fun / adventure and team training.
We carefully chose 4 team communication exercises that help the team members to get to know each other better and improve the communication between them. Teams that work like an oiled engine are successful because they know, trust and listen to each other. Our fantastic guides lead your team through The Challenge, so everyone enjoys a safe and fun trip and takes home some important learnings they’ll always remember.

Location
The Team Challenge Mallorca takes place in La Victoria, a beautiful nature reserve near Alcudia in the north of Mallorca.

The Team Challenge Mallorca is designed to take approx. 4 hours of activity + time before/after for transfer, depending on where your group is located.

The Team Challenge is designed for groups of up to 40 team members.

We can arrange a pick-up with our classic Land Rover series jeeps for teams of up to 40 in the north of Mallorca (Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia, Playa de Muro, Can Picafort). Groups located further away can arrive on their own to Alcudia bus station, where we can pick them up, or come directly to the meeting point in La Victoria. We can organize a private transfer at an extra cost from any area of the island.

The Team Challenge Mallorca includes the full equipment for everyone: Helmet, life jacket, water shoes, wetsuit in colder months, kayak, and snorkel equipment. We take photos throughout the whole activity with our GoPro’s which you’ll get afterward for free.

As tastes are different, we can offer three different catering packages to suit everyone. Option 1 and 2 can be enjoyed in the nature reserve near the beach, option 3 is off-site.
- Camping-style sandwiches (bread, cheese, salami/chorizo/fuet, hummus, crackers) and drinks (open bar with water, soft drinks, sangria)
- Tapas (variety of pintxos, coca de trampó, olives, crackers, aioli) and drinks (open bar with water, soft drinks, beer, sangria, wine)
- Restaurant lunch/dinner (we can organize the transfer to a restaurant/bar near the activity point, i.e. seafood restaurant, steak restaurant, chill out seaside bar, tapas bar)

Our guides speak English, German, Spanish, and French.

Swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen. We recommend leaving valuables at the accommodation.
